When we decided to open Momentum Training Club, we weren’t just looking for a place to put equipment. We were looking for a community and a neighborhood that shared our values around health, family, and living well.

That search led us straight to The Beaches.

The Beaches Feels Like Home

There’s something different about this part of the city. You feel it on a morning walk along the boardwalk, when the lake’s calm and everyone’s out moving before the day starts. The people here care about their health, their families, and their community.

That balance of driven but down-to-earth is exactly who we built Momentum for. Our clients are parents, business owners, and professionals. They're people who want to feel strong, move well, and stay active, but have a lot on their plate. The Beaches is full of those people. That’s what makes it special.

I live here too. Just a few minutes from the studio. My family spends weekends walking the boardwalk, grabbing coffee on Queen, and chasing our son around the playgrounds. He even goes to daycare just down the road. So when we say we built Momentum for this community, we really mean it.

Building Momentum Here Just Made Sense

Momentum Training Club is all about helping people build strength that fits real life. Not chasing extremes, not living in the gym, but using training as a foundation for the rest of life to work better.

When we looked at The Beaches, it was clear this community already lives that philosophy. There’s a strong appreciation for being outside, staying active, and taking care of your body long-term.

We’ve only been open for about three months, and already the people we’ve met and the feeling we get from being part of this community have exceeded every expectation. The support, the conversations, the energy, it’s exactly what we hoped to find when we chose The Beaches.

Opening our first location here wasn’t just a business decision, it was personal. We wanted to plant roots in a place that reflects who we are and who we coach.
