This isn’t another 6-week challenge or short-term quick fix.
It’s a 6-week coaching program designed to help you rebuild strength, consistency, and confidence and give you the systems to keep it going long after January ends.
We’ll focus on:
- Coached training sessions designed around your goals, experience, and schedule
- Simple, effective nutrition coaching that fits your real life
- Accountability and structure so you stay consistent, even when life gets busy
